On request: we can invoice for the activation of the server for 12 months, two of which will be free, that is, so you should pay only for 10 months, but use services - all year long. Extension of such a server is made in a year in the same way (10+2 months) as the activation.

The location of the default server: Pennsylvania (USA). If you need other location (Los Angeles or Miami) - please indicate this in the order comments.

It is possible to place in Manchester (UK), but then the server, for example, that cost 100 USD, will cost 100 GBP etc. with other services.

Your contract includes basic management, but not individual server configuration.

Payment for extension services is necessary to make at least 7 days before the date of turning off the server. It is connected with the fact that an invoice for the extension of the server is billed by data center for 5 days before the the end of rent term. In case of payment delay it may happen such a situation that it will be impossible to extend the server, but it will work the whole paid period.

A moneyback in the case of early end of using the services is impossible. Money is transferred to the account of data center directly by us, and they do not provide MoneyBack.

Free reinstalling of the OS is possible on Linux-servers via the control panel of VPS.
